Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

We aim to ship orders within 1 week, most of the time it will be quicker than this but at busy times it may take longer. Orders will be shipped Mon-Fri and are shipped next day for delivery via DPD.

As we are shipping alcohol in bottles this means that the shipping costs are high. Unfortunatley this is outside of our control and the shipping rates are set by our courier, we are constantly working with our suppliers to reduce costs where we can. We only charge for the shipping costs from the courier and do not make any profit on shipping.

We would encourage you, where possible, to collect your order to save this cost. There is no charge for collections and you can collect your order Mon - Fri between 10:00 - 14:00 or on Sat between 10:00 - 16:00. If you cannot collect during these hours please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. If you choose to collect we will let you know when your order is ready to collect, please do not travel before you have received confirmation that you order is ready for collection.
